Principal Profiles
JILL PERELSON
Jill brings over fifteen years of business recruiting and
search experience in the Salt Lake City market to the partnership.
She has an in-depth knowledge of local industry leaders and
resources and is heavily networked throughout the community.
Her expertise is in working with senior level management in
a consultative approach. This approach has resulted in the
placement of executives and managers in the areas of operations,
finance, marketing and sales and human resources. Jill has
been successful working with clients defining positions, recruiting
top level talent, and helping companies integrate professionals
into their organizations. Additionally, she is President and
Managing Director of a staffing firm in Salt Lake City, Utah.
Jill actively participates in the Wayne Brown Venture Capital
Conference and helps emerging companies through mentoring
and consulting. Her professional background is in the legal
and financial services industries.
BRENT JESPERSEN
Brent recruits for both Fortune 1000 and entrepreneurial companies
with a focus on operations and engineering positions. He also
leads the Diestel Group Consulting Practice. Brent has built
a significant practice with technology based companies. He
is particularly adept at recruiting for critical hires that
impact the overall success of the client's business. His strengths
are in identifying, selling, and relocating executives for
his clients. Previously, Brent worked as an Associate at Thorne,
Brieger & Associates - a leading executive search and consulting
firm in New York City. He also worked for The Information
Technology Group where he recruited for leading IT companies
and was the top producer. Brent began his career as an Associate
at RBL & Associates in New York City where he was a technical
recruiter. RBL & Associates created, launched and managed
hotjobs.com until it sold to yahoo.com for over 400 million
dollars in 2001. Consulting assignments have included executive
coaching, leadership interventions, organizational and team
analysis and strategic development. Brent has been instrumental
in helping clients and executives gain new skills for effective
collaboration and decision making.
Brent received a Bachelors degree from BYU-Hawaii in Organizational
Development and did his graduate work at Columbia University.
He is a member of several non-profit organizations and information
technology associations.
